The Big Day:

No doubt you don't need to be reminded your wedding most certainly will be in the top 5 big days of your life! It is so important that everything goes according to plan. Imagen-Estilo offers multiple packages for both photography and make up needs to list here but we can give you an idea of what we offer to make your wedding the memorable occasion that it truly is.

Dave will arrive to the preparation locations of the bride and groom at pre-arranged times such that he can start taking images of the bridal preparations. He likes getting preparation images of both the bride and groom as they act as lovely memories and are an excellent addition to any album, kicking off the story of your big day. Dave will provide coverage from here, to the ceremony and from there to the wedding reception. Coverage will stop when you want, not when we want. A lot of photographers prefer to finish off after the first dance. Dave however prefers to get some lovely images of the party afterwards. They are great images to finish off your album and sometimes you get to see peoples true party personalities so why not have it as part of your wedding album. Dave will recommend a number of formal/informal posed sessions throughout the day, some with the wedding party and some of just the bride and groom. These quieter moments sometimes allow the bride and groom to relax but also allow Dave to get some of the more artistic shots of the bride and groom. For Spanish weddings, an ideal time for one of these posed sessions is in the evening, about an hour before the sun sets, what photographers call the golden hour, because the light is soft and flattering unlike the intense light during the hot afternoon when the sun is high in the sky. Also if you have any special photo requests Dave will be sure to capture them.

Sonia believes it is important that every bride has an idea of how they want to look on their big day. Inspiration can be found in magazines everywhere but the trick is to ensure that this inspiration is tailored to suit you. Sonia believes make up should be weightless, comfortable and should last all day. To ensure that there are no surprises, Sonia will organise a make up trial well in advance of your big day, usually 3 to 4 months beforehand. This will give you peace of mind as you will know exactly how your look will turn out on the day. Why not include your bridal party? Why not include your Mum? All options are available and whatever option you choose you will be assured peace of mind as the bridal trial is made to put your mind at ease.

On the day, Sonia will arrive at your preparation location at a pre-arranged time. No need to rush to a beauty salon she will come to you so you can sit back and enjoy the experience. An option is also available to include our professional hair stylist Benjamin. Benjamin has 15 years experience under his belt and delivers every time. Obviously with Benji included there is no need to leave your house or hotel that morning, everyone will simply come to you!
